Spring/Summer/Fall 2012 • April 16^th 2012 to December 19^th 2012

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $365 per night
• 1 Bed / 1 Bath (1 or 2 people) - $310 per night
• Studio (2 people max, no beach view or internet access) - $210 per night

Christmas 2012 • December 20^th 2012 to January 3^rd 2013

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $725 per night
• 7 night minimum stay
  50% due to hold reservation
  Balance due by September 15^th
  All amounts paid are non-refundable as of September 15^th

Early 2013 • January 4^th 2013 to April 15^th 2013

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $585 per night
• 1 Bed / 1 Bath (1 or 2 people) - $540 per night
• Studio (2 people max, no beach view or internet access) - $260 per night

Spring/Summer/Fall 2013 • April 16^th 2013 to December 19^th 2013

• 1 Bed / 1 Bath (1 or 2 people) - $325 per night
• Studio (2 people max, no beach view or internet access) - $230 per night

Additional Considerations

• All rates are subject to change without notice
• We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover
• Personal checks are NOT accepted
• 3 night deposit required to confirm reservation, balance due on arrival
• Some condominiums are equipped for up to 6 persons - extra persons $30 per night
• 7% gratuity + 10% government tax added
• All rates are in US dollars
• 30 days notice required for a refund of full deposit
• 90 days notice required for refund of full deposit for Christmas and New Year holiday reservations
• Full payment due by September 15^th for Christmas and New Year holiday reservations
• Discovery Point recommends trip insurance for holiday travel
