Spring/Summer/Fall 2010 • April 16^th 2010 to December 19^th 2010

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $345 per night
• 1 Bed / 1 Bath (1 or 2 people) - $300 per night
• Studio (2 people max, no beach view or internet access) - $210 per night
• Refundable with 30 days notice

Christmas 2010 • December 20^th 2010 to January 3^rd 2011

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $675 per night
• Refundable with 30 days notice
• 7 night minimum stay. All other rentals sold out

Early 2011 • January 4^th 2011 to May 15^th 2011

• 2 Beds / 2 Baths (1 to 4 people) - $540 per night
• 1 Bed / 1 Bath (1 or 2 people) - $495 per night
• Studio (2 people max, no beach view or internet access) - $235 per night
• Refundable with 30 days notice

Additional Considerations

• All rates are subject to change without notice
• We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover
• Personal checks are NOT accepted
• 3 night deposit required to confirm reservation, balance due on arrival
• Some condominiums are equipped for up to 6 persons - extra persons $30 per night
• 7% gratuity + 10% government tax added
• All rates are in US dollars
