Enjoy panoramic ocean views from this spectacular top-floor condo situated directly on Seven Mile beach!   Our condo just completed a floor to ceiling renovation in February 2023 so you will vacation in a condo with new floors, cabinetry, furniture, paint and more.  The condo comes fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a perfect beach holiday.  The kitchen is fully stocked for your family chef.  The main bedroom offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV with cable. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV with cable.  There is also a living room sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats six, and in-unit laundry.  The condo is also fully-equipped with active gear including masks, snorkels, fins, pool noodles, tennis rackets, a pickleball set, a bocce ball set, frescobol set, beach bags, yoga mats, a bluetooth speaker, sunscreen, and more.  

Fresh-cut flowers, a bottle of wine and some snacks will greet you upon arrival in the condo.  Extra amenities include shampoo, conditioner, specialty hand wash, laundry and dishwashing detergent, spices, and coffee.
